Hard luck to the Senior Hurlers who unfortunately were beaten last weekend against local rivals Ballyboden St.Endas but they put up a sterling fight that should give them confidence going forward. The Intermediate Hurlers continued their fine league form with another win, while the Junior B team drew their League game.
Well done to the Intermediate Footballers who defeated Sylvesters in their Cup ¼ Final thus maintaining their recent good form.
The Junior A Footballers has another great league win on Tuesday evening defeating James Gaels by 3-11 to 1-07, and they go into this Mondays games against Finians of Swords in a great position.

Other News
On Saturday, June 5th, St.Judes GAA Club will celebrate Presidents Day. This is a new initiative to the club, but one we feel will continue to prosper in years to come. On the day of June 5th, our two great St Judes golf societies will engage in the Second Presidents Cup. Mark Carroll captained Cumann Na Gailf to victory last year, so I am sure him and his team will do all they can for bragging rights for another year.
That evening in the club, there will be a Volunteer Awards ceremony.
Our outgoing President Sean Breheney will present 5 people with an award for voluntary contribution to St Judes.. Sean has been part of the club since its inception and knows what needs to be done on a voluntary basis to make the club a success on a day to day basis.
This promises to be a terrific night of entertainment, and all members are invited to attend and discover who has been honoured by receiving a volunteer award.
All our former Presidents who gave their time and energies to making St Judes such a great club will be in attendance
