(S, A, Q) Speed / Agility / Quickness. Foundation Level Coaching Course.

S, A, Q is key in developing all sporting motor skills and speed development. (Soccer, Gaelic Football, Hurling, Boxing, Rugby and many more sports.)

Course Outcomes:
Development of stretching techniques (Dynamic, Static, Recovery Stretching), Development of speed mechanics, pre movement mechanics, off the mark speed, changing direction at speed, Using all equipment to increase speed / agility / quickness (Examples: Ladders, Hurdles, Evasion Belts, Parachutes, and Reaction Balls.

Saturday 21st of March 12noon – 6pm.

Cost: 30 Euro
