Healthy Club News !

We have been very busy recently and had great fun with the Cul Camp when we shared our homemade smoothies with over 200 kids and the health screening was also a massive success with the day of sessions booked out by members.

Lots more being planned with a new Couch to 5k with the fantastic Richie Doran and we are also starting our Gaelic for Mothers and Others
