It’s with great sadness we announce the death of o It’s with great sadness we announce the death of our great clubman Ernest Kenny in his 96th Year. Ernest was a founder member of St Judes. For the last 48 years he has been a lifelong active worker in, and follower of, all football endeavours in the club. His involvement has been wide-ranging but notably in his early years he: - Managed and mentored teams - Chaired committees - Organised fundraising - Organised football tournaments on the green - Got sponsorship - Represented Judes at Co Board for over 25 years St Judes suitably recognised this lifelong work and commitment by electing him President of the club for 3 years. Even in his later years he was an ever-present supporter of Judes adult and juvenile football teams and his intense interest on how all teams were progressing was legendary. One of his proudest days was when his Grand-daughter Aoife captained St Judes football team to a famous All Ireland win. On top of his work for Judes he also mentored the Dublin Junior Team for 3 years. He had a great interest in and constantly followed the progress and development of the club academy, juvenile and adult games committees. His lifelong dream of Judes winning a senior championship has not been achieved yet, but with his divine help now we might move a bit closer. It is worth noting he himself won 2 senior football championships in his native Co Meath. His never-ending enthusiasm for St Judes to progress and achieve will be sadly missed, as will his engagement and input to topical subjects of the day in the club. It is truly the end of an era for St Judes with the passing of this great clubman. Ar dheis de go raibh an anam iontach.

Huge congratulations to Tadhg O’Connor and Callum Huge congratulations to Tadhg O’Connor and Callum Graham on their selection for the 2026 Dublin U20 Hurling panel! It is a proud moment for Naomh Jude to see two of our own stepping up to represent the county. Both Tadhg and Callum have put in immense work to reach this level, and seeing them pull on the blue jersey is a testament to their dedication and the coaching standards within the club. We wish them and the entire Dublin squad the very best of luck as they kick off their Leinster Championship campaign this coming Saturday afternoon at Parnell Park. Every single one of you was fabulous and a credit to the club! Because the standard was so high, we literally had to pull the winners' names out of a hat. 🎩✨ Congratulations to our four winners of the €250 contributions: ⭐ Adam O’Donnell ⭐ Odhran Gibbons ⭐ William Molamphy ⭐ Julia Mugnier A very special thank you to the Naomh Jude Drama Society. 🎭 They recently gifted €1,000 to the club as a "thank you" for our ongoing support.
