🛼 Rollin’ into the Summer Break! ☀️ ​Our fantastic 🛼 Rollin’ into the Summer Break! ☀️ ​Our fantastic 2018 Girls celebrated the end of an incredible year last week with an absolute blast at the Roller Disco! 🎉✨ ​From tearing up the pitch to spinning around the rink, these girls showed they have serious skills everywhere they go. There were plenty of laughs, a few tumbles, and endless smiles—the girls had an absolute ball celebrating a brilliant season together! 🛼💙⚓️ ​A massive thank you to all the coaches, mentors, and parents who made the day (and the whole year) so special. We are incredibly proud of this group and can't wait to see them back for more fun next season! 🤩

Key Responsibilities Clubhouse & Bar Operations Key Responsibilities Clubhouse & Bar Operations Supervise day-to-day operations of the clubhouse and bar, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards. Staff Management Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar and clubhouse staff. Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain staff performance standards. Inventory & Stock Control Monitor and maintain stock levels of beverages, snacks, and supplies. Conduct regular stocktakes and manage ordering to minimize waste. Financial Management Manage budgets, control costs, and reconcile daily cash and card transactions. Prepare financial reports for club management. Events & Promotions Develop and implement promotions to increase revenue and enhance member experience. Tenant Management Oversee tenants and act as liason for tenant queries and issues Establish professional, reliable channels for interaction Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, fire regulations and GAA policies. Train staff in responsible alcohol service and age verification. Customer Service Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for members and guests. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience in bar or hospitality management. Knowledge of licensing laws and health & safety regulations. Strong leadership, organisational, and financial management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software. Desirable: Experience in sports or membership-based clubs. Familiarity with GAA culture and community engagement. After cheering on the Dubs yesterday, the lads took to the pitch themselves this morning for two cracking games against Shelmalier GAA Club. The skill and determination on display were second to none, and it was a privilege to see the impact of club legend Ronan Joyce, whose influence is clear to see across their setup. A huge thanks to our hosts for the incredible hospitality! 💙
