The hugely enjoyable floodlit hurling tournament will make a return this Sunday and the next two Sundays from 6.30-8.30pm. This is open to all hurlers in the club from u.16 yrs up to senior and indeed, over 40s and novice and lapsed hurlers are especially encouraged to participate. Each participating team will have a representative from various categories. On the last occasion many teams were family affairs with Mangans, Crennans and Joyce's amongst those battling for honour so get your selection together early for approval. The lone piper playing the national anthem clearly adding to the nerves of a few stars on final night last time out.
The format will be 7/10 aside depending on numbers. Over 18s will pay a â¬5 entrance fee towards player of the tournament in the various categories. For further information please contact Sean 086-8281018 or bugsyfallon@hotmail.com.
Congratulations to our Blue Stars Chris Guckian and Gar Roche who lined out against the Dubs on New Years Day in Peregrines GAA Club. Also well done to Tom Devlin who started and preformed well for the Senior Hurlers alongside Danny Sutcliffe.
